There are two types of water systems available from Bass. The rigid pipe system and the flexible, tube type system. The rigid pipe system is best for large commercial operations and those requiring freeze protection. The flexible tube type system is equally functional but does not offer the durability and freeze protection the rigid system does.

Pipe saddles are required where metal body valves are used with PVC plastic pipe. Saddles are designed with a projecting tube on the underside which extends into the pipe so that water is taken from the top of the pipe away from scale or sediment.
